4명 다 이과계 한정으로 머리가 매우 비상함. 근데 특유의 사회성 부족과 병신같음이 어우러져 찐따같이 4명끼리만 놀다가 여친을 만드는 이야기
쉘든은 좀 이상하다 싶었지만 요즘은 완전히 평범해졌다.
노잼이 되가는 건 맞지만 초기에는 정말로 재밌었다.
일반인도 알아듣는 공돌이 개그를 사용한다던가.
덕질하는 모습도 표현을 잘 했다.

하워드는 결혼하고 정상인된거지 결혼전에는 제일병신찐따역이였다
매니아층이 두터운 시트콤이다. 넷플릭스에 전편이 있다
짐 파슨스 (쉘든 리 쿠퍼)는 50억을 포기하고 시즌 12에서 그만한다고 해서 시즌이 12에서 끝났다.
